The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that construction is planned at night on Rockhill Drive in Bensalem Township under PennDOT’s $116 million project to reconstruct, widen, and improve a three-mile section of U.S. 1 in Bucks County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, November 4, through Thursday, November 7, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, a single lane pattern will be in place in both directions on Rockhill Drive between Old Lincoln Highway and Neshaminy Boulevard for drainage installation and bridge painting.
The work is part of PennDOT’s U.S. 1/RC2 contract that will reconstruct and widen U.S. 1 from south of the Rockhill Drive Interchange to north of the Penndel/Business U.S. 1 Interchange.
